Join the 27th Amsterdam Pride Run, World Pride Edition!
On Sunday 19 July 2026, the Amsterdam Pride Run returns to fill the streets of Amsterdam Oost with colour, energy, and pride. This year’s edition is extra special, as Amsterdam hosts WorldPride. Get ready for a day full of sport, celebration, and inclusivity.
The Pride Run is all about diversity and belonging — a celebration of who we are, together. So put on your most colourful outfit and join us!

You can take part in:
– 5 km run
– 10 km run
– 15 km run
– 5 km walk
There’s also a Business Run for companies and organisations.
The route takes you through the scenic Flevopark and along the beautiful Amsterdam-Rhine Canal. Start and finish are at Café Restaurant Polder, a lively hub you’ll pass every 5 km — making it the perfect spot for cheering supporters!

Would you like to start running in a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment?
Join the beginner group of Rainbow Athletics – Frontrunners Amsterdam and work towards your first 5 kilometers in 12 weeks.
Train together with a shared goal:
taking part in the Pride Run during Pride Amsterdam.

When: Wednesday evenings from 7:15 – 8:45 PM
Where: Athletics track in Amsterdam-Oost
